The capacity of our staff and volunteers reached another level of professionalism early this year as we had very robust training on capacity building and refresher on our core value system of our personnel on board.
Community Base Protection Network and Monitoring skills and
approaches were heighted in the training. Our vision and mission, core
principles and values were equally used to refresh the minds of our staff and
volunteers. Team work spirit and leadership roles were also highlights that
were fundamentally touched in the event.
GBV Prevention techniques in Community Engagement were also emphasized during the
one day event training.
Capacity building of our teaming staff is one pillar that binds us together and keeps us stronger at all times.
