Capacity building training on PCM

🌍COWACDI was honored to participate in a 3-day workshop training on #ProjectCycleManagement (PCM) for #LocalPartners, hosted by our lead partner, the @Norwegian Refugee Council Nigeria (NRC)

The training focused on enhancing the capacity of local organizations to plan, implement, and evaluate humanitarian projects effectively. It provided practical insights into donor compliance, strategic project design, and accountability, key elements for impactful project programming.

We appreciate NRC’s leadership and the collaboration of all partners working to strengthen humanitarian action in Northeast Nigeria.
