COWACDI Organizational Capacity Building Assessment (OCA)
Six months ago, COWACDI was selected to participate in the Organizational Capacity-building Assessment (OCA) anchored by PACHE and funded by USAID, where the organization went through a series of capacity-building training ranging from administrative capacity, policy-making, program management, finance, monitoring & evaluations, and other key thematic areas that need strengthening. The results from the first and final OCA show a massive improvement in the abilities of the organization at large.

The involvement of humanitarian workers in acts of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse is a grave violation of our responsibility to do no harm and to protect people affected by crises.
