Today, Concern for Women and Children Development Initiative Foundation (COWACDI) joins communities around the world in commemorating the International Day of Peace. Peace is more than the absence of conflict—it is the presence of justice, dignity, equality, inclusion, and opportunity for everyone. For women and children, peace means growing up free from violence, discrimination, exploitation, and fear. It means having access to education, healthcare, protection, and the opportunity to shape a better future.

At COWACDI, we believe that sustainable peace starts within our homes, communities, and institutions. By promoting the rights and well-being of women and children, strengthening communities, and advocating for equality and protection, we contribute to a more peaceful and resilient society.
